Scheduling a virtual feeding visit is easy!

Schedule your appointment.

 

Complete the intake process at least 24 hours in advance of our visit. The confirmation email will get you started. 

​

  • Submit the intake/consent forms

  • Download our tele-medicine app 

  • Upload your feeding video clips into the tele-med app

​

After our visit, you will receive an individualized care plan to improve your feeding difficulties.  Plans typically contain a summary of our visit, video clips and step-by-step tips.

Aetna

I am an in-network provider with Aetna. Claims will be filed on your behalf. Please call Aetna to verify benefits. 

​

Aetna Telehealth visits are limited to 60 minutes.

Newborn Baby

Non-Aetna

FSA, HSA, or a major credit card may be used at the time of booking.

​

Any time past the 60-minutes will be prorated in 15-minute increments.

Newborn Reservation

A reservation system is available for families wanting to reserve a floating spot for a newborn visit shortly after discharge. Birth is unpredictable; your reservation will ensure a timely visit.

 

The retainer needs to be submitted by the 36th week of pregnancy. Reservation spaces are limited.

This is for established

clients only.

With each visit, you receive two weeks of follow-up text message/email support. At the conclusion of the two weeks, you can keep me on retainer with a weekly contact subscription plan.

​

This is a recurring plan and can be cancelled at anytime.
